After the dinner party, Jewel tugged at Theo's sleeve and coquettishly said, "Theo, I want to ride in your car, okay?"

There was no emotion or warmth on Theo's face.

Thea shook her head in frustration. In their past lives, Theo and Jewel were a deeply in love couple. They even appeared together as a couple in several high-profile TV interviews, and they were the nation's favorite couple. Theo hesitated for a moment and then handed her the car keys.

Then he walked towards the co-pilot seat.

Thea sat in the driver's seat, keeping her eyes on the road and her mind focused. She slowly turned on the car, pressed the accelerator, and finally, after adjusting the clutch, the car started moving on the road, as slow as a snail.

She was afraid that Ms. Fletcher would notice her lack of competence as an assistant, which would affect her doubts about Theo's ability to hire people. So she kept her nerves tight all the way and dared not slack off.

Little did Theo know, but he teased her to find happiness. "Thea, can you drive faster? The car is moving slower than a snail, and it's already dark when we reach Regent Global."

Thea secretly glared at him.

Jewel was indeed a smart person. "Theo, how come the driving skills of the assistant you hired are so poor? Your safety is a major concern, you should consider changing your assistant."
