"It's so ugly." She burst out laughing at the piece of dough he showed her. "What even is this? You'll have to eat it if we cook this. I won't risk my life to eat this."

"Fine. I'll take it." Jasper looked visibly relieved when Alyssa smiled, but a question lingered.
