Josiah opened the car door and pushed Sienna into the car.
"My car," Sienna panickedly said. She had driven here herself.
"Give me the car keys. I'll have someone drive it back to Sunshine Neighborhood," Josiah said and took the keys from her hand. As he spoke, he got into the driver's seat.
Chelsea also wanted to get in the car. She pulled on the door handle, but it was locked. She patted the car window and said, "Open the door."
However, Josiah seemed not to hear, completely ignoring her. He started the car and drove away.
"Hey," Chelsea shouted and ran after the car. Then, she murmured, "What's going on?"
'I thought they broke up? Why does it seem like Josiah only has eyes for her?' she wondered.
In the car, Sienna looked at Josiah curiously and asked, "Why did you leave Chelsea behind?"
'Weren't they clinging to each other just now?' she wondered.
Josiah glanced at her bleeding forehead, feeling both heartache and frustration. He asked, "You still have the energy to care about others? What's with that woman?"
He was referring to Reyna.
Sienna didn't want to answer, so she replied, "It's nothing."
Josiah sneered, "She said you stole her man. Who? That new boyfriend of yours?"
Sienna's jaw dropped in astonishment. 'What's he even talking about?' she thought.
Josiah took her silence as silent agreement.
His gaze turned even colder, filled with anger and resentment. "You dumped me for this two-timing pretty boy? Could your standards get any lower?" he said.
Too lazy to argue with his nonsense, Sienna covered her forehead and leaned back against the seat, closing her eyes.
Josiah carefully observed her expression and asked, "Sienna, does your head hurt badly?"
"Yeah," Sienna responded and nodded with her eyes closed.
"I'll drive faster then," he said.

In the hospital emergency room, Samuel Elmore briefly cleaned Sienna's wound and said, "This will need two stitches."
Sienna froze and thought, 'What?' She hadn't expected it to be this serious, and she tensed up immediately.
Sensing her nervousness, Josiah placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder and comforted her, "Don't be afraid. The stitches will help stop the bleeding."
"Let's move to the debridement room," Samuel said, stood up, and led them to the debridement room. He pointed to a chair and said, "Have a seat."
"Okay," Sienna nodded and did as she was told.
Samuel began to prepare, reminding her, "We need to administer local anesthesia. It might sting a little."
"Okay, I understand," Sienna responded, took a deep breath, and clenched her hands tightly. Her forehead was still bleeding, and Josiah pressed a gauze pad against it.
Seeing her like this, he was just as nervous as she was.
When everything was ready, Samuel stood behind Sienna. He adjusted the angle, gestured to her, and instructed, "Tilt your head back and rest it on the pillow."
Sienna replied, "Alright."
"I'm administering the anesthesia now," Samuel said.
As soon as he finished speaking, a sharp needle pierced her skin. At the same time, Josiah raised his hand and covered her eyes.
"Close your eyes. Don't look," he said, his voice deep and incredibly gentle.
Darkness enveloped Sienna's vision, and at the same time, she felt her hand being grasped by his.
Sienna's heart skipped a beat. Flustered, she quickly turned away, avoiding his gaze.
After leaving the debridement room, Josiah got the medicine and took Sienna to the car, driving her back to Sunshine Neighborhood.
Afraid of what he might say, Sienna closed her eyes and pretended to sleep as soon as she got in the car.
As expected, Josiah called out, "Sienna." Then, he glanced at Sienna beside him and sighed softly, swallowing the words he wanted to say.
As the car drove away, Sienna, who was only pretending to sleep, unexpectedly drifted off.
When they arrived at Sunshine Neighborhood, Josiah parked the car, turned to her, and began to speak, "Sienna..."
He stopped abruptly. Sienna was asleep. They had lived together after all, and Josiah knew that when she slept, her lips would pout slightly, just like now. It made her look both sulky and adorable.
Josiah couldn't help but smile. He leaned closer to her, his heart pounding in his ears. He wanted to kiss her. As he got closer, their lips were less than one inch apart. He was about to kiss her.
Suddenly, Sienna opened her eyes, staring at Josiah's handsome face, which was inches away. Her eyes were clear and alert. "What are you doing?" she asked.
Josiah panicked, his eyes flickering, and he stammered, "I-I'm unfastening your seat belt."
With a click of the buckle, it popped open.
"Thank you," Sienna said, frowning slightly. She turned to open the car door.
Josiah grabbed her hand and said, "Sienna, this boyfriend of yours, he's not good enough for you. Break up with him."
"I can handle my own affairs. Thank you for today," Sienna said indifferently.
She opened the car door and got out. At the same time, a white Mercedes drove over and slowly stopped. Sienna recognized it as Conner's car.
"Conner," she called out.
As Conner got out of the car, Josiah did the same.
