Chapter 114
“Just answer me whether we are relatives or not. Will you protect me when I’m in danger?” Finley urged Bryan.
In fact, she didn’t know if Bryan would say something satisfying.
However, Finley still pushed her luck.
Finley intended to hang up the phone as quickly as possible if Bryan scolded her again.
“What happened to you?” There was a trace of anxiety in Bryan’s tone.
Bryan suspected that Finley was in trouble and needed his influence to protect her.
“I’m fine. I’m fine.” Finley panicked. Bryan always played by no rule book, so Finley had little faith in
him.
Finley was about to hang up the phone.
Bryan said, “We’re husband and wife. What do you think?”
“Puff.” Finley felt hopeless.
God, why did he say so at a time like this?
Finley hung up the phone immediately.
Finley awkwardly brushed the short hair in front of her forehead. “Did you hear that? Mr. Turner, my
man.”
Nobody had proved the rumor.
It turned out to be true.
Mr. Turner liked men, and this cute man in the cafe was one of his lovers!
As for Finley, she ran back to the salon and took off her clothes.
Allison laughed her head off. “Finley, you’re so funny. You’re the source of my happiness. Do you have a plan to deal with Mr. Turner?”
“What can I do? Play dumb. I will pretend that nothing happened. He and I are still in a fight, anyway.” Finley became a beautiful girl again. With her bag, Finley left the salon.
“Oh, I wish you good luck.” Allison did not dare to tell Finley that Bryan had noticed her post and gave her a like.
Allison believed that Bryan did so on purpose because she had never seen him do so before.
A phone rang.
That was the phone in Finley’s bag.
Finley took out her cell phone and checked it with trembling hands.
It was a call from Bryan.
