Chapter 49
Alton didn’t give a da’n about how the Keith family felt now.
All he cared about was the fact that his grandson was married.
The Keith family was in a mess.
Bryan strutted out with Finley in his arms.
Before leaving, Bryan warned the Keith family by saying. “My wife is delicate and has a soft heart, so
don’t mess with her. Otherwise, I will seek justice for her.”
Tricia was furious. Was Finley delicate and soft? Not at all!
Finley was a venomous scorpion that would bite people to death.
With the marriage license in his hand, Alton followed Bryan and Finley out of Dirk’s place.
He pulled Finley over before getting on the car.
“Bryan, I want a word with your wife.”
Bryan didn’t reject this demand but said, “We won’t go back to the manor.”
“Got you. To the mansion. Let’s go back to the mansion together.”
Alton was submissive in front of Bryan.
Bryan got in his Maybach while Finley left in a car with his grandfather.
In the car, Alton took out the marriage license, seriously compared the photo on it with Finley’s face, and then put it back in his pocket. “To prevent you from getting divorced, I will keep this license for you for the time being
Out of curiosity, Finley asked these questions.
“Alas, it’s a long story. Back then, I didn’t like the first love of Bryan. I didn’t allow Bryan to marry that girl. Bryan was young. He just graduated from university. I hoped that he could focus on the family.
business. However, that girl killed herself by jumping into the sea.”
“Is that why he dislikes women and tells others that he is a gay?”
“Over the past few years, he pretends to forget his first love. However, I know that he has a grudge against me. Therefore, he pretends to be a gay to block women away. I knew his trick, but no girls could help him put down his guard over the past years. I almost believed that he was a gay Do you know how happy I am when hearing about your marriage?”
Tears welled up in the eyes of the old man as he spoke.
Finley could tell from his eyes how much this old man loved his grandson.
She suddenly felt that she had a sacred and great mission.
