The pastries were from the famous Carol’s Bakery. It was clear that Nash had put a lot of thought into it.

When Orion heard Zoe’s voice, he looked up at her. He did not say anything, but he took in her appearance. She was young and very pretty, especially with her gentle voice.

"You… are…" Orion spoke slowly. Although there were many people around him these days, he still did not talk much, and when he did, he spoke slowly.

Zoe immediately realized that something was off. She could not imagine the hardships this child had been through for him to speak so hesitantly. He must have suffered a lot.

Frustrated, she kept trying to call, but no one was picking up. Just as she was feeling her anger rise, Nash and Nina finished their registration and came back out.

Seeing Eve still alone, Nina could not help but ask, "Why are you still here by yourself?"
