Noah swaggered in, his expression laced with a faint, mocking smile. “Sorry I’m late. I assume there’s still a seat for me?”

He glanced at an empty chair.

The staff exchanged nervous glances but said nothing.

Ben’s gaze turned icy, watching as Noah strolled in and casually took the seat as though it were his rightful place.

“Continue,” Ben commanded, rapping his knuckles on the table. His deep, authoritative voice silenced the room instantly.
