Nina sat in the car which was parked outside the restaurant. Michelle came over and knocked on the car window. "Is this the place?"

"Yeah," Nina said. "At twelve, Nash will be here on time."

"Good," Michelle looked at Nina and said with a smile, "Rest assured, I'll remember your kindness. Once I become the chief editor, I won't let you keep typing forever."

"Well, then you can go in," Nina told her the private room number.

Michelle then walked into the restaurant.

Nina's phone buzzed, and as she opened it, a smile crept onto her face.

The orphanage matter had been settled. She looked in the direction Michelle had left, realizing Michelle did not have time to cause trouble for now. Immediately, she turned and headed towards the orphanage.

Twenty minutes later, Nash's car arrived at the restaurant. He glanced in the rearview mirror, adjusted his suit, and tidied himself up before stepping out of the car. At this moment, he was alone. He strode purposefully towards the private room.

Michelle had been waiting in the private room for some time. Hearing footsteps approaching the door, she sat up straight, waiting for Nash to walk in.

As Nash opened the door and glanced inside, he saw Michelle sitting there all prim and proper, with no sign of Nina around. His previously calm face involuntarily darkened.

"Mr. York," Michelle greeted with a smile, surprised that Nina had managed to actually get him to come out.

"Where's Nina?" Nash's eyes darkened, his voice chilling.

Nash looked at her deeply, smiling but silent.

"To show my sincerity, I'll finish this glass!" Michelle said cheerfully.

Nash remained unmoved, asking again, "Why isn't Nina here?"

Every word he spoke was about Nina. Michelle finished her glass, feeling the effects of the alcohol.

She said, "Mr. York, can we not talk about Nina today? We're having such a good time. We should drink more. What's so great about Nina? She's not as good as me. I can make you happy, Nina can't. She'll only cause you trouble."
