Miranda glanced at Quincy, who accompanied her. After all, he was someone close to Nash. She needed to maintain a good relationship with him, so she asked in a friendly tone, "Quincy, does Nash stay here often?"

Quincy replied, also typing on his phone, "Mr. York has been staying here quite frequently lately, but he hasn't been around here for many days."

"He doesn't return to the York residence?" Miranda realized she had not reached out to Sally in a while. Work had kept her busy, causing her to overlook Sally's messages on several occasions.

"Mr. York does visit occasionally," Quincy replied tactfully. "But Madam isn't fond of going back there, so Mr. York's visits are less frequent."

Miranda tightened her fist instinctively but maintained her composure. "Will he be coming by soon?"

"I can't say for certain," Quincy responded. "Mr. York has been occupied lately. It depends on whether he will visit Madam."

His words were meant to make Miranda understand her position.

Miranda smiled again. "I heard she went to work at the TV station. She left Nash, looks like they divorced."

"They haven't divorced yet," Quincy said.

"Are they planning to?" Miranda asked further.

"It's their personal matter," Quincy replied directly. "As a subordinate, I wouldn't know."

He said what he needed to say. He would not disclose anything he should not. Miranda could also see that Quincy's loyalty leaned towards Nina. After so many years of working together, their relationship was long enough for such inclinations.

Once she married Nash, he would know whom to prioritize. If she became dissatisfied with him by then, she could even get Nash to fire him. Now was not the time to be angry with him.

Miranda turned back around, adopting the demeanor of the lady of the house, asserting her authority over the place. "Since there's nothing to do, you can leave now. I don't need you to look after things here anymore!"

As Miranda's belongings were moved to the guest room, she could not shake the feeling that it was too small and uncomfortable. The master bedroom would suit her better. That position would be hers one day.

She messaged Sally. Sally was in the middle of a spa treatment. When she saw Miranda's message, she immediately sat up, ignoring the face mask on her face. She promptly called Miranda.

Miranda knew Sally would call her back. Sally’s enthusiasm towards her meant Sally would not ignore her, but Miranda rejected the call.

Sally was still pondering why Miranda did not answer her call.

Miranda messaged her. "I'm not able to answer the phone."

Sally understood and replied immediately. "Are you busy lately? Miranda, you're a big star now. I'm genuinely happy for you."

Miranda replied her. "Thank you, Sally. I'm staying at Riverside Estate now. I have some free time recently. I'll find you whenever I can."
