Scott smiled and looked deeply at Nina. "Maybe it’s faith."

"Isn't there a way to avoid going?" Nina was still worried about him.

Scott replied, "I have to go. Don’t worry about me. I’ve been through a lot, trust me, I’ll come back safely!"

Nina smiled and said, "I’m divorced. This child is mine alone."

Nelly was moved. She grabbed Nina’s hand. "You’re pregnant, and you still invested everything you have into my film. You’re practically my savior!"

"That’s unnecessary. With effort comes reward. I didn’t do it for free," Nina replied. "I’m just taking a gamble."

Regardless, to Nelly, it was an immense favor. Having been in the industry for so long, no one else would have taken such a risk on her.

"Don’t say that. You’re not just an investor. You’re the heart and soul of this film. Without you, this drama wouldn’t exist," Nelly insisted. "This drama needs to have you as a director!"
