"We tried calling you, but you didn't answer. We were worried. Then Nash told us you were in the hospital, so we came to see you. Are you okay?" Yvonne said.

Yvonne knew Nina best. When Nina did not answer her phone, she knew calling Nash would work. The others did not know the specifics of Nina's situation, but Yvonne did.

"Nelly, I know, but my relationship with him is more complicated than you think. You’ve only seen one side. There's another side too," Nina tried to explain, knowing Nelly had a negative view of Nash.

Yvonne quickly changed the subject. "Let's talk about something happier. Nina, look, I bought some baby clothes. What do you think?"

Nina's eyes lit up when she saw the baby clothes in Yvonne's hands. "Oh, they’re adorable! You actually bought them!"

Yvonne handed the clothes to Nina, who marveled at how tiny and cute they were.

"It's not just Yvonne. I bought baby shoes, and Penelope got some cute pacifiers," Nelly added, shifting the conversation. "Baby stuff is so cute. I almost want to have a baby myself!"
