I knew she needed time to accept all of these. But I saw another thing which was going to happen.

After one hour, she stayed on my chest but did not sleep at all but pretended to be asleep. I didn't know what I should do or say to her at that moment. So, I cooperated with her as I pretended to sleep.

As I thought she was going to stay like this the whole night, she suddenly lifted her head and looked at me. "Are you sure you left me because of your brother's death and not because you were tired of staying with me?" she suddenly asked, and I sighed helplessly.

She was thinking all these years, I clearly showed her how crazy I was for her, yet she thought this.

"No, I will never feel tired of you, Love," I answered her with a wide smile.

She rolled her eyes and once again placed her face on my chest as an obedient rabbit. But I knew her curiosity just started, and this would not stop until she asked out every question she had inside her heart.

A few seconds later, she once again looked at me. "You loved me, right?" she asked this question with tears in her eyes, which stung my heart. I kissed away her tears and kissed her lips gently.

"Yeah, I love you so much that these five years were hell for me," I answered her honestly.

She let out more tears as if she was dreaming. I gently caressed her head. "Love, curse me if you want but don't cry. Your tears rip my heart." I kissed her until she stopped.

This question-answer continued. Next, she looked at me with anger. "Which is more important to you, family, or me?" she asked, almost peeking at my soul. I laughed because her question was a little funny to me. I had a family when my brother, mother, and sister were alive, but now she was the only family I have, so family and she was more precious than the entire world.

"You're my only family, love, so this question is invalid," I said to her, and her face filled with confusion.

Oh God, she looked so cute.

I raised my head from the pillow and kissed her hard. I didn't know what changed between us, but she accepted my kiss. That's excellent progress between us.

"Why did you leave me without telling me anything?" She finally asked what I wanted to avoid. But this question shook something in my heart - the pain and loneliness.
