"I know you want to stay with him, but you're not in a good state right now. You need rest. You can't go without eating, drinking, or sleeping forever. Seeing Rosalie waver, Theodore continued, "Rose, let me take you back home, okay? Let's go."

"I... I don't want to go back there," Rosalie said, trembling. She was referring to the place she was living. She was traumatized by it.

"Steve…" Rosalie suddenly remembered him and hurriedly asked, "How is he?"

"Don't worry, Steve is fine. I took him back from Sebastian."

Rosalie let out a long sigh of relief. "That's good."

"Rose, let's go back and see Steve. He's been asking for you."

Theodore helped her stand up. Rosalie took a lingering glance at the ICU, then left with him. Once they arrived home, the butler immediately brought the child over.

"Steve." Rosalie hurriedly held Steve in her arms.

"Mama!" Steve's face lit up with joy when he saw Rosalie.

Rosalie cried tears of joy. "Steve, I'm so glad you're okay. I'm sorry I left you behind. I'm sorry."

"Mama… Don't…cry…" Steve mumbled some words that were hard to understand, but Rosalie knew what he was saying.

Her precious son was comforting her.

Steve raised his small hand and gently wiped away the tears on Rosalie's face, acting very mature for his age.

Rosalie hugged Steve tightly, not wanting to let go. Suddenly, a wave of dizziness hit her and she stumbled. Theodore immediately rushed to steady her, then gave the butler a look.

The butler took Steve from Rosalie's arms.
