Chapter 884 Never Intended To Stay 

After much deliberation, Alexander finally decided to take Emrys as his apprentice. That was a stroke of immense fortune, something most people would be overwhelmingly grateful for, let alone dare to refuse! 

However, not only did Emrys reject Alexander, but he also did so in front of the three Sword Sect leaders. That was a direct affront to Alexander’s dignity.. 

How could Alexander possibly not be angry?

How could that be possible?” Although Emrys was the inheritor to Sword King, his level of skill was so low. How could he possibly have killed Killian? Even I was no match for Killian. 

Emrys chuckled lightly and said, “I was avenging you.”
