What Margery got angry was the syringe that Dr. Lee forgot to take away when he left in panic.

Inside the syringe, therapeutic drugs had been injected.

When Margery saw that he abhorred sharp needles to the extent of oozing cold sweat, she felt cheerful and then said in a sincere tone, "Mr. Barrett, as a doctor, I advise you to actively cooperate with the treatment, and don't be scared.
