Hannah caught my gaze and immediately asked, "What's up?"

I was stunned for a few seconds, then stood up abruptly, grabbing her arm, "I need to head back to Goldenvale Town right now."

Both Hannah and Catherine were baffled, their eyes fixed on me, alarmed by my expression.

Catherine quickly grabbed hold of me, "Allie, are you okay?"

"Come on. Do I look like I'm not okay?" I retorted, and then said to Hannah with urgency, "We need to go to Goldenvale Town now."

Hannah and Catherine exchanged a glance, and then Hannah inquired, "You mean we're not heading home, we're going straight to the airport?"

"Exactly, we head to the airport right now, and you, Catherine will drive my car back." I told Catherine decisively, "You'll take my car home! I'll be back before you know it."

Once Hannah heard my determination, she didn't question further and got into the car, leading the way back to the airport.

On the way, I phoned my mom to let her know I'd be making a quick trip back to Goldenvale Town and reassured her I'd return soon.

It wasn't until we were aboard the plane that I explained to Hannah the reason behind my sudden decision.

By the time we arrived in Goldenvale Town, it was late, but I couldn't stop for a second, heading straight to the bank where I kept my belongings and retrieving what I had stored.

Next, I called Logan and Ronan, instructing them to meet at my house.

When I finally reached home and pushed the door open, the sight that greeted me was shocking. The villa had been trashed, a sorry sight that provoked an incredulous laugh of fury from me, as I muttered, "What a bunch of animals!"

It didn't take a genius to guess who was behind it. Hannah wanted to call the cops, but I stopped her, "It's perfect. I didn't want this place anymore anyway. If they hadn't trashed it, I would have. They've shattered every last tie I had to this place."

Just then, Ronan and Logan walked in.

Seeing the state of the house, Ronan probably worried I'd be heartbroken and reached out to hold my hand, "Let's go. We can't stay here any longer."

To the left lay the vast expanse of the ocean, and within the area, a tranquil natural pond. The private roads were immaculate, connecting each uniquely styled villa that was a feast for the eyes.

"It's beautiful." My mood lifted instantly, "I can't believe Goldenvale Town was hiding such a gem. Hannah, we didn't even see this place when we were looking."

"Allie, there's no way I could have found this place." She finished with a raised eyebrow in Ronan's direction. I didn't dare to chime in.

The car stopped in front of a large villa, set amidst a sprawling lawn, slightly larger than the others, with a well-maintained garden.

As we got out, Ronan looked at me, "So, what do you think?"

"It's more than just nice." I chirped, looking at him excitedly, "Is this the one you kept for yourself? It's a bit big."

He led the way inside, casually saying, "It's not too big. It's perfect for a big family."
