Chapter 780

Funfly and Colin had known each other for years, so she knew exactly what he was up to

Hies, always been a bit of a ladies’ man and still hadn’t changed his ways.

“Colm, you fancy her don’t you?”

Colin nodded, swallowing hard

Funity quickly weighed the pros and cons in her head. Although she was a bit worried about retaliation from the Raymond family, if lan himself didn’t care about his exwife, why should she worry about the Raymonds?

Then the signaled her bodyguards.

“You guys, bring her over”

Two gust approached Maja, who promptly whipped out her pepper spray and sprayed them in the eyes.

As the bodyguards howled in pain, she took off down the hallway. But when she tumed the corner, she ran straight into a man’s arms. It felt oddly familiar She didn’t have time to pondet, wanting to keep running, but she was held back.

“What are you running from, troublemaker?”

It was lan’s voice

At this point, the bodyguards had caught up with him.

But these bodyguards only worked in the entertainment industry, and since lan’s face hadn’t been plastered all over the gossip columns, they didn’t recognize him. They reached out to grab Maja, shooting off some nasty words at lan

“You’d better step aside this girl’s been chosen by Mr. Paisley for tonight.”

lan’s eyes reddened slightly, and an aura of authority radiated from him.

He held Maja tight, gritting his teeth. “Who the hell is Mr. Paisley? Maja, what’s going on?”

He was too funous to continue.

Explain yourself! Where the hell did you pick up this guy?”

Maja was speechless. Could his mind work properly at this moment?

“Mr. Raymond.”

fan cut her off coldly. “Or are you really that desperate?”

Just as he finished his sentence, a chubby man came running over, his face jiggling with excitement.

Maja quietly told him, “That’s Mr. Paisley.”

Seeing Colin, lan raised an eyebrow. Now it all made sense.

The bodyguards reacted like dogs finding their master when they saw Colin

“Mr. Paisley, this jerk won’t let go of her”

When Colin realized who he was dealing with, he broke out in a cold sweat

Funfly was following behind him, and she was even more shocked when she saw lan

She lowered her head, but she heard lan asking Maja, “Did they bully you?”

Maja hesitated for a moment, then slowly nodded.

lan turned to Colin, sneering

Funfly was afraid things would get worse. If the Raymond Corporation were to put pressure on Simstar Entertainment, it would be a disaster “Mr. Raymond, it’s a misunderstanding”

Next to Funfly stood Elvis, escorted by two bodyguards

Elvis held Maja’s broken phone in his hand, finally having a chance to return it to her

Maja looked surprised, thanked him, and took it

Elvis nodded slightly, their eyes meeting, then slowly looked away

lan saw the two of them interacting in front of him, and he was not pleased

Who was this man?

His sense of unease escalated, like some hidden potential had been awakened, and he held Maja even tighter.

Seeing her broken screen, he asked quietly. “Who did this?”

His gaze lingered on Funfly’s face for a moment, then turned to Colin

Colin froze and laughed awkwardly, saying “Not me”

Admitting it now would be asking for trouble

Tunfly tumed deathly pale and said, 1 accidentally broke it, I’ll compensate Ms. Pennyfeather”

Upon hearing this, Maja immediately took out her phone and pulled up her bank account

“Twelve hundred dollars, please transfer it now
