Linda was almost in shock. She stood there, stunned.

The next moment, tears began to roll down her cheeks. She lunged forward, clutching Lucas' arm desperately. "Lucas, how could you do this? This is our child! Do you have any idea how hard it was to conceive? Do you remember all the meds I took, all the injections?"
