Noticing Cara blushed, Nicole smiled and gossiped, "What's wrong? Did Laurence sleep in your room last night?"

Cara's eyes widened, and she hurriedly denied it.

"No. Really."

"Then so be it. Why are you so nervous?"

Although Nicole was joking, Cara's face reddened.

"Oh right, I have heard about the situation. Laurence is very concerned about you. Are you sure he doesn't fall in love with you?"

"Didn't you tell us to stay at the Green's?"

"That was for the mission. Now that the mission is over, you guys should go back. Mr. and Mrs. Green prefer quietness. There're too many people."

Cara's words made Yareli upset.

"I'll leave immediately after speaking to Captain Kent."

"I told you to leave and you must obey. Where do you think you are going? Can you just grab someone to ask about Laurence's whereabouts? Aren't you afraid of offending Mr. Green? Leave!"

Cara had a stern and non-negotiable tone, which made Yareli discontent. However, thinking of Cara's status in the Green family, she angrily turned away and left.

After they left, Cara was finally relieved.

She went to the kitchen to eat. Then she remembered that Laurence hadn't eaten yet, so she cooked another serving for him.

She went into the room. Laurence was still sleeping.

His skin was silky-smooth.

"Can you get dressed?"

Laurence said casually, but Cara was startled.

"Who touched and kissed you?"

"You deny it, don't you? Alright, thanks to my cleverness, I recorded a video. Otherwise, you would think that I am slandering you."

As Laurence spoke, he took out his phone and played the video. Then, what Cara saw made her feel ashamed of herself.

Her legs were on Laurence's waist in the video. But she seemed to be uncomfortable. She kicked twice, hugged Laurence, and pressed herself against Laurence's chest. Then, she frowned slightly, as if she was still uneasy. She took off Laurence's clothes, put her face directly on his skin, and fell asleep with satisfaction.

Later, Cara fumbled on Laurence's body, accidentally touching his nipples. She paused and then licked it. As if she had tasted bad food, she spat it out in disgust. Then, she fell into sleep again.

Cara couldn't be more awkward.

"You actually recorded a video? Laurence, what's wrong with you?"
