After Xander reported it, Capital City sent a helicopter to pick up Samuel and Nicole just as Samuel had expected.

Lucas was too young to go with them, so Nicole entrusted him to Phoenix. Nicole texted Phoenix and asked her to bring Lucas back to the Seapolis City. And Nicole asked Zayn to help Phoenix with that.

Even though Zayn was the King of Country F, he had no power to intervene in the affairs of another country. But he promised to help.

Xander looked at Phoenix and pleaded.

Phoenix had a lump in her throat, "This is not his hometown. He had been forced to grow up in a foreign country since he was young. When he came of age, he returned to his own country, wishing to find his family. But he failed. He had never met his biological father before he died. His life is short. I know he won't stay here.
