Olivia shook her head and said, “No. But I think I’ve heard of this name before.”

“When? Where?”

Nicole giggled, “You’ve done so much acting that you’re confused.”

As they went in, Zayn put down his work and walked towards them. Nicole introduced Olivia to Zayn.

Olivia’s elegant behavior impressed him.

They had a dinner together afterwards.

Samuel had been working when Nicole wasn’t around. He didn’t eat much at dinner before so he ate again with Nicole since she was finally back.

After dinner, Nicole showed her around in the palace and Olivia was quite amazed.

Samuel thought he and Nicole could have some alone time. But then he saw Nicole took her pillow and went into Olivia’s room. She ditched him.

Seeing that, Lucas laughed, “Dad, you want me to stay with you tonight?”

“Fine.”

He thought Samuel would say no. But he said fine!

Lucas was regretful.

“Can I take that back？”

“No.”

Samuel lifted his collar and dragged him away.

Olivia was surprised to see Nicole but she thought it was sweet for her to do that.

“So you just ditched your husband like that? He might get jealous!”

“Why? He and I can sleep together for the rest of our life. But some other man will be with you in the future and I don’t know if I get to stay with you all night if that happened.”

Olivia felt kind of weird to hear that.

Did she just brag about her love life?

After the long trip and the tour of the palace, Olivia was exhausted and depressed. She instantly fell asleep.

Nicole was relieved to see her sleep so well.

She didn’t have a dream the whole night.

The next morning, Nicole woke up pretty early. She sneaked out of the room so that she wouldn’t wake up Olivia.

The moment she got out of the room, she saw Samuel working with his laptop in the living room. She frowned as she saw that.

“You stayed up all night?”

Hearing her voice, Samuel looked up and smiled, “I slept for a few hours and just woke up.”

Nicole knew why Samuel was working so hard lately. Even though she was mad at him about Jacob, she still felt horrible to see him like that. After all, he was her husband.

She went over and squeezed his shoulders. She said gently, “It’s not easy to transfer so many businesses. And the authorities will limit you once they know what you’re trying to do. You...”

“I know. That’s why I wanna transfer the major businesses first before they notice something. As for the small businesses, it’s harmless to let them stay in the Seapolis City.”

Samuel took her hands and felt something in his heart.

“Sit with me for a while.”

Nicole did what he said.

Samuel felt quite refreshed sniffing Nicole’s hair.
