Yasmeen had a murderous look.

Zoe hastily held her hand and said, "Don't be impulsive. It's against the law to kill someone. And you can't do it until it's absolutely necessary."

"But I always feel that Julian is plotting something. And the day Lucas went on his mission, it was also Julian who called me and asked me to come over, saying that there seemed to be something wrong with Lucas' health report, so I rushed over. Yasmeen didn't say these things to Lucas. For one thing, she didn't know how to bring up the fact that she and Julian knew each other when she said it, and for another, she had no proof. It wasn't a good idea of her to judge the matter in her present status as a princess of another country.

But Zoe was different.

They were just friends and could talk about it as a casual conversation. And with Zoe's connections, she could find out what she wanted to find out.

It had to be said that Yasmeen's status as a princess of another country was very restricted in Country Z. Her connections and channels could not be used until it was absolutely necessary, lest it would attract the attention and speculation of the government and bring unnecessary trouble to Lucas and the Green Family.

But if Zoe were to check it out, it wouldn't cause too much concern.

"Leave this to me. You stay out of it. Right now, your main task is to have your body properly checked. No, I can't listen to you. You're only reporting good news whenever my brother is involved. How could you still drink coffee when you're in such a state? Do you want to die? Get up and come with me to the hospital. I won't put my mind at ease until you have a medical check-up."

Zoe poured out the coffee in front of Yasmeen and called her people to make an appointment for a medical check-up, and in her name.

Yasmeen was touched but did not refuse.

Perhaps it was the only way to put Zoe's mind at ease.

The two of them went to the hospital for a check-up and Yasmeen's medical report came out.

Zoe was relieved to see that the report was acceptable.

Zoe was a little depressed, but also heartbroken for Yasmeen. She dragged her to the health-products shop, where she bought her a lot of things.

Yasmeen was speechless.

"Do you have to do this? Aren't you clearly telling people that I'm in bad health?"

"You're getting married to my brother. What's wrong with me buying you some supplements to replenish your body? Besides, there really is no such thing as a secret. How long can you keep this from my brother?"

Zoe didn't think Lucas was blind.

She always thought Lucas might have known something before he suddenly accepted Yasmeen.

It was just about sunset when the two of them returned to the Greene’s house.

Nicole had already started preparing dinner.

Zoe and Yasmeen made a lot of noise when they returned and Joseph and Lucas were affected and came out of the study.

Tanner and Eaton were staying at school and not coming back for the night, so when the two men, who were engrossed in work and research, saw them come in with big bags of stuff, they rolled up their sleeves in unison and started helping them carry it home.

"Did you guys move the whole mall back?"

Lucas looked at so many supplements and was a little puzzled.
