Every time Anna tried to frame me, I would try to defend myself, but my father, overly protective of Anna, would slap mé impatiently. 

The worst time, he struck me on the ear, nearly leaving me deaf. I spent almost half a year on medication before my hearing was somewhat restored. 

But the next time, he would slap me again without hesitation.
