Looking at him in that state, a complicated emotion welled up within me.

“As for your divorce certificate with Ryan, you should get it as soon as possible, so that there won’t be any gossip about Bethany in the future.”

I took a deep breath, smiling lightly with curved lips. “The Shaw family is prestigious and affluent. I won’t trouble you.”
