Grace frowned slightly. "Do you think I'm too close to him or I'm having an affair with him?"

Brian shook his head. "Grace, you're too trusting. People aren't as kind as you think, especially not Nelson."

Grace questioned, "Have you investigated about this? Have you found out that the person who pushed me into the sea is related to Nelson?"

"I haven't found anything yet, but I received a mysterious message that day saying that you went to the beach. That's why I went there. Think about it. Did Nelson know about your trip to the beach?"

Grace pursed her lips. Nelson knew that she would go to the beach as he was the one telling her that Austin might still be alive. That was why she went there.

She stared at her toes with a solemn expression. After a while, she shook her head. "I don't believe it, and I don't want to assume that. But if you present solid evidence, I'll stay away from him."
