Brian was overjoyed. He smiled and immediately took out his phone to call for takeout.

Then, he talked to Austin and told her a story, even though she didn't give him any reaction.

At this moment, the rhythmic sound of footsteps could be heard outside the door.

Brian's expression turned cold. He turned around and saw Nelson.

"What are you doing here?" Brian asked coldly.

The corners of Nelson's mouth curled up. He took a look and did not see Grace.

He looked up contemptuously and placed the packed food on the table.

He asked, "I'm here to take care of Austin. What are you doing here?"

Nelson glanced at the bag of snacks and said sarcastically, "Did you buy these snacks? Brian, should I call you ridiculous or pitiful? You don't even know that your daughter is sick."

"Nelson, shut up!" Brian warned in a low voice.

Nelson ignored him. He picked up the cereal and sat in front of Austin. He scooped a spoonful and said, "Austin, do you want cereal?"

Austin looked down at the food that was fed to her mouth and shook her head gently.

Nelson said, "Austin, be good. If you don't eat, you won't be able to defeat the illness. You have to get better as soon as possible so that Mommy won't be sad, understand? So, you have to eat."

Brian frowned. "She doesn't want to eat cereal. Take it away!"

Nelson narrowed his eyes. He was not very surprised. After all, this was the best way to solve Austin's problem.

However, in order to provoke Brian, he still sneered. "Do you think you can keep Grace like this? Brian, stop dreaming. It's impossible to reconcile like that.

"There's already a crack in your relationship with her. You can't go back to the past. Even if you have another child, she might not be with you in the end."

Brian gritted his teeth and wished he could punch Nelson in the mouth.

At this moment, Grace's voice suddenly sounded, "What are you doing?"

The two of them looked at Grace at the same time. The ridicule in Nelson's eyes was completely gone when he discovered Grace.

He said innocently, "Grace, I only came here to deliver food to Austin. I don't know why Brian is so mad at me."
