Chloe

Underneath the celestial canvas, the night sky unveiled its splendor, a breathtaking tapestry of stars that seemed to stretch on forever. The moon, a radiant sentinel, cast its ethereal glow over Blake's tall figure, illuminating it in a way that caused my body to pause

Beneath the night's pretty sky, the moon lit up Blake's face nicely. I glanced at him and the soft fabric at his hands back and forth. Blake noticed my look, though his face stayed serious. But I saw a bit of red on his cheeks.

Blake… Doesn't he seem embarrassed?

It was a vulnerability I hadn't seen in him before, as if there was a moment of unspoken intimacy between us.

I puzzled over the cause of his bashfulness for a moment. Then, like a light bulb turning on, it hit me. Could it be that he felt self-conscious about seeing me without any clothes on?

After all, as werewolves, our transformations often led to torn clothing, and we usually didn't have time to worry about modesty. In cases of emergencies, we don't even think about it and just shift no matter who was present.

Nakedness is a natural part of our lives and we as werewolves embrace it with grace.

Maybe tonight, the atmosphere felt different, but seeing Blake acting shy like that... I also felt embarrassed but at the same time, I felt being a little playful and wanted to tease him.

"Blake," I began, feigning innocence, "why is your face as red as a ripe tomato? Is it because of the heat?" I tilted my head, pretending not to understand.

Blake heard me and turned even redder. He looked away and cleared his throat. "It's not very windy tonight," he said, trying to sound normal. But… I wasn't about to let him off easy.

"Wind, huh?" I said with a suggestive smile. "You might be right. It's pretty warm tonight." I pushed a strand of hair behind my ear, giving Blake a sultry look. "Since it's so hot, maybe I shouldn't bother with this cloak. I mean, you've seen it all before." I shrugged, acting like it was no big deal.

Blake remained frozen for a few heartbeats before finally turning his gaze towards me. Our eyes locked, and for a moment, his thoughts were a mystery to me. Then, a sly grin curled upon his lips, and the atmosphere shifted dramatically. The timid Blake I had seen earlier was replaced by something more potent, an air of danger that surrounded him like an electrifying current.

"If that's your desire," he purred with a teasing lilt in his voice, "then consider it granted." His words sent a jolt through me, and my eyes widened in surprise. My playful attempt to tease him had backfired! Blake had taken a bold step forward instead of retreating!

Blake leaned closer, his breath brushed against my ear, and his voice dropped to a sultry whisper.

"It's been years since I held you. For me… that time felt like forever. But I had planned to take things slow, to give you the time and space you need after all we've been through," he confessed in a hushed tone.

"But Chloe, if you wish for us to draw closer faster," he continued, his voice laced with temptation, "then I'm more than willing to oblige."

I was rendered speechless, feeling like a teenager experiencing her first love, my mind spinning with a whirlwind of emotions.
