Estelle was taken aback and looked down 

Manley’s captivating eyes appeared clear and gentle. In a comforting tone, deep and low, he said, “It was my fault. I acted on impulse and offended you. I promise it won’t happen again.”

Why was Manley so into her? She couldn’t figure it out. They didn’t have much interaction before. His act of risking himself to save her on Kulha Mountain was already a surprise. For the past two years, he had been following her around the world, leaving her clueless about what to do.

Estelle followed him. When she reached downstairs, Manley was knocking on the door When it opened, he seemed stunned. 

Estelle quickened her steps and then noticed that the person who opened the door was Charlie 

Manley was looking at Estelle with a complex expression 

Seeing the understanding glance between Manley and Estelle, Charlie laughed and greeted Estelle, inviting them in.
