Chapter 1107

Carson softly comforted, “It’s okay, don’t cry. I’ll help you out.”

Marina lifted her head and asked, “How are you going to help me?”

“Freddy bullying his ex-girlfriend is beyond my control, but if he bullies my future wife, I won’t stand for it!” Carson lowered his head, gently pinching Marina’s chin, I hope you won’t cry over that jerk anymore, otherwise I’ll be really pissed.”

Marina’s eyes were red and swollen from crying, her lips tightly pursed, not saying anything.

Estelle had a sleepless night. She had nothing to do in the morning and was ready to catch up on her sleep when Jonathan barged in. He placed a white dress on her bed and yanked the curtains open.

The sunlight streamed in, forcing Estelle to open her eyes.

Jonathan sat on the edge of the bed and said softly, “Time to get up.”

Estelle was still a bit groggy, “I thought we are returning to the city in the afternoon.”

“Yeah, Carson set up a soccer match and invited us to watch. So, you need to get up and have breakfast,” Jonathan explained.

“What soccer match?” Estelle was a bit confused.

Jonathan looked at her bewildered expression and felt a pang of sympathy, his voice even softer.

“Soccer match. Carson was the captain of the school soccer team in high school and college. He’s really good.”

“You go yourself.” Estelle was not interested and closed her eyes to continue her sleep.

“Then wear them for our dates.” Jonathan approached.

Estelle softly agreed without arguing.

Jonathan smiled happily, went into the dining room, pulled out a chair for Estelle and even placed the spoon for her.

Estelle ate seriously, the delicious food dispelling her slight irritation from lack of sleep. Jonathan sat across from her, occasionally glancing up at her. It seemed that he had been waiting for this moment for a long time, making the scene feel somewhat unreal.

“How about we move back to the Royal Mansion after we return.” Jonathan said softly.
