Chapter 1123 

When she stepped outside, she saw a man in a shirt and grey vest heading her way. He was slim and tall, with narrow eyes and thin lips. His looks were not handsome, but he was rather delicate. 

As they passed each other, the man’s gaze briefly swept across Estelle’s face, before he turned his head away with a hint of scorn and indifference. 

Finley entered the lounge and spotted Yulia. A smile crept onto his face. “Congrats, Yulia, you’re working with a big-shot director! You’re going to kill it!” 

Yulia pursed her lips and said. “I just got here and he’s already making me wear these ragged clothes. Such a paint 

Finley settled casually into a chair and glanced at the clothes. “The clothes may be plain, but you have a unique aura. You look elegant in anything.” 

His words put Yulia at ease and she broke into a grin. “Did your mom send you here?” she asked Finley 

“She was worried about you adjusting to J City, so she packed some local treats from H City for you.” Finley said, gesturing to his secretary who passed the treats to Yulia 

Yulia took them and laughed, “She’s always been the sweetest to me.” 

Finley pulled out his phone and told Yulia, “Hold still, I’ll take a photo for her. She’ll think I didn’t come see you otherwise Yulia posed for the photo, reminding Finley, “Don’t forget to turn on the filter” 

“You’re already stunning, any camera would capture your beauty!” Finley complimented casually, then rose to his feet. “Alright, I’ve delivered the goods, won’t disturb your work now. I’ll be off” 

Yulia waved at him, “Bye!” 

Finley exited the room. 

Once he left the set, he uploaded Yulia’s photo online from his car “Congrats to Yulia on her first day on set. The new drama will be a hit!” 

In J City, Finley was a well-known rich kid, so his post got a ton of likes and comments. 

Ten minutes later, Finley’s phone rang. He glanced at the caller ID and answered with a smile. “Carmella!” 

Carmella’s voice came from the other end. “Finley, is your cousin an actress?” 

“Yes, she’s currently working with Mr. Tucker as the lead actress in a TV drama.” 

Carmella asked, “Can you introduce me?” 

Finley didn’t agree right away. He rolled his eyes and laughed, “I’m about to have a meeting. How about we have dinner tonight and discuss it more?” 

Carmella quickly agreed, “Sure, you pick a place and l come after work.” 

“No need for that, I’ll come pick you up. It’s a date!”
