Chapter 1150

The coach announced the rule with the players from both teams before kicking off a new round of the game.

This time, the goal was to nab the enemy’s flag. The rules were simple: the team that gets the flag first wins, no matter the casualties.

The red team huddled up to discuss their game plan. They had the advantage in numbers, so they decided to put four guys on defense, ten on surrounding the blue team, and the rest on capturing the enemy’s flag.

The girl’s boyfriend, Brian, was now leading the red team. He sketched out a battle plan on the ground, “They only have three people. No matter how strong they are, they can’t hold a candle to us! Ryan, you lead the charge for the flag, I’ll keep them hemmed in here. Once we’ve wiped them out, we’ll come to back you up.

The rest of the players all nodded in agreement.

Meanwhile, Estelle from the blue team was also delegating tasks. Compared to the red team’s tight-knit plan, hers seemed pretty chill, “Just like before, Henson, you go for the flag with me covering you.”

This time, Jonathan had a different take, “I’ll provide cover, you two stick together.”

“No need!”

Estelle shot back, quickly eyeballed the direction, and with her nimble figure, she was off in a flash.

Henson shot Jonathan a complicated look, “Jonathan, I have this funny feeling that once you marry Ms. Macclain, you’ll always be under her thumb!”

Jonathan lightly smacked his head, “Quit your daydreaming and get your head in the game!”

Henson declared excitedly. “I’m gonna wipe them out before going for the flag!”

As they advanced, Jonathan said calmly, “Before doing anything, know your priorities. The mission comes first, we can’t let personal feelings cloud our judgment.”

Henson pondered for a bit, then broke out in a smile, “Got it!”

Jonathan looked back and urged, “Hurry up. I don’t want to lose my wife!”

Henson thought Jonathan was just showing off in front of him, but he quickly got his act together, stealthily following Estelle’s footsteps while keeping an eye out.

Luckily, the ground was covered in thick leaves. The girl hurt from the fall but at least wasn’t injured.

The girl watched in terror as Estelle approached, gun aimed squarely at her.

She felt a chill run through her as she saw the coldness in Estelle’s eyes. Instinctively, she screamed.

“Bang!”

Estelle shot her in the chest. The red light flashed, and the girl hurriedly shut her mouth.

“Begging for your mercy?” Estelle squatted down, a cocky and bright smile playing on her lips.

The girl stared in shock, her body shaking uncontrollably.
