Chapter 1152
Henson waited until she was out of sight, then asked Jonathan, “Jonathan, how did you know that was Ms. Macclain?”
Even with his sharp eyes, he couldn’t make out Estelle in the thick bushes.
Jonathan raised an eyebrow, “What if I told you we have a connection, would you believe me?”
“Humph!”
Henson obviously didn’t buy it.
Estelle and her team seemed to be on a leisurely stroll, but the red team was already on high alert. They had already lost a few men, but hadn’t seen a single blue team member.
Worst of all, despite their efforts to block them, their flag had been stolen.
The professional shooters, who had been somewhat arrogant, now had to pour all their energy into this fight.
The enemy was much stronger than they had imagined!
The red team members were quickly retreating to their fortress to protect their flag, while looking for the blue team members, trying to kill them all on the way.
As Jonathan and Henson were heading towards the red team’s fortress, a low shout came from the distant bushes, “Stop her!” Then a woman’s cry of pain sounded, her voice fuzzy and fleeting.
Jonathan and Henson exchanged glances. Henson asked seriously, “Was that Ms. Macclain?”
Jonathan knew Estelle’s capabilities. These people combined were no match for her. It was likely the other side was trying to create confusion. But he was still a bit worried. Even if there was a slight chance, he couldn’t let her hurt.
“You wait here for me, I’ll go find her!” Jonathan instructed. “Stay hidden, I’ll be back soon!”
“Roger that!”
Jonathan leapt in the direction of the sound and disappeared in a few jumps.
Henson.
One of them touched his bruised face, smiled at Henson and said, “How old are you, kid? You’re pretty strong!”
Henson hated being called a kid. He said coldly, “Just kill me!”
“We can’t kill you yet!” The man picked up the fallen blue flag. Take him away!”
Meanwhile, Estelle was nearing the red team’s fortress. There were four men guarding the flag.
She looked back and saw that Jonathan and Henson were nowhere in sight.
She had planned to wait for them to arrive and let Henson personally take the red team’s flag. But after waiting for a while, the two still hadn’t shown up, and she couldn’t help but frown.
