Chapter 1413

Jonathan actually showed up to back up Estelle! 

The producer, recalling what he just said to Estelle, felt a chill down his spine! 

“Do I need to spell it out?” Jonathan turned to the producer and the director. 

The producer, looking nervous, quickly shook his head and said, “It’s our fault; we’ve caused trouble for you and Ms. McClain. 

After saying this, he hurriedly showed his respect to Estelle, saying, “We’re so sorry, really sorry!” 

The director also quickly apologized. 

Annoyed, Estelle didn’t want to deal with these people and walked out. 

Jonathan immediately followed her. 

As soon as Estelle left, Sallie and Carmella both turned to look. 

“Estelle!” Sallie nervously spoke up. 

Estelle said, “The issue has been resolved; you carry on working with Mr. Gellar, you won’t be bothered anymore.” 

Sallie looked thrilled and very grateful to Estelle. “Really? Estelle, how are you so awesome?” 

Estelle smiled self-deprecatingly and said, “I’m not awesome; Mr. Lamont is!” 

Sallie looked at Jonathan in surprise. 

Jonathan, however, heard mockery in Estelle’s tone; a complex emotion flickered in his eyes, deepening the misunderstanding. 

Before leaving, Estelle went to apologize to Mr. Gellar. 

Liam laughed, saying, “It’s nothing; I’ve seen many fights over interests; I’m not that easy to manipulate.” 

Estelle nodded. “If there’s anything that upsets you in the future, feel free to call me; I’ll handle it.” 

“Don’t worry!” Liam patted Estelle on the shoulder. 

“I should go now!” Estelle said goodbye to Liam. 

Liam walked Estelle to the door of the Gellar family. Seeing the man standing outside, Liam asked with a smile, “Your boyfriend?” 

“No!” Estelle said flatly. 

Jonathan turned his head and looked at them, his expression heavy after hearing Estelle’s words. 

“Be careful on the road!” Liam said it with a meaningful smile, not saying much. 

“Mr. Gellar, goodbye!”
