“Alright, give me a call when you arrive in J City!” 

After chatting with Manley for a while, Nanette hung up and saw Estelle walking out with a shopping bag. She sneered at Estelle, looking forward to making her pay tomorrow!

When Estelle returned to the Royal Mansion, Jonathan had just arrived. Seeing her holding something in her hand, he asked, “What’s that?” 

Estelle handed it to him, “A birthday gift for Carson. You deliver it to him later.”

Jonathan took it out and saw it was a lighter, feeling jealous immediately, “You’ve never given me a gift, but you actually went out to buy a birthday gift for him.”

Estelle tited her head, “When is your birthday?”

Jonathan got even more annoyed, “You don’t even know when your man’s birthday is and you have the nerve to ask?”

Estelle laughed, “Mr Lamont, do you know when my birthday is?”

“December 29th,” Jonathan answered right away

Estelle widened her eyes, “How did you know?”

Jonathan sneered at her

Estelle shrugged, “111 give you a gift on your birthday too”

“Don’t wait for my birthday. Give this to me Jonathan held the lighter in his hand and admired it, 1 really like it.”

Estelle said, “But you quit smoking, didn’t you?”

“Not smoking doesn’t mean I can’t like lighters”

“What about Carson’s birthday gift?* 

Carson greeted them, Jonah, Estelle, we were just waiting for you!”

“Sorry, we’re late!‘ Jonathan held Estelle’s hand as they walked forward.

“Not at all You’re right on time!”

Carson looked incredibly dashing today, wearing a blue suit, a whitegray striped tie and his hair styled to perfection. He effortlessly exuded an air of wealth and sophistication

As they entered the room, Carson noticed a group of four or five beautiful girls sitting on a couch. With Estelle’s presence, he hesitated to let Jonathan sit at the other end, so he guided them to the relaxation area instead.

Carson took it upon himself to slice a whole layer of cake for Estelle, presenting it to her with a smile i know you have a sweet tooth, so this one’s just for you!”

Estelle chuckled and graciously replied, Thank you, and happy birthday!” 

“Happy birthday indeed! Let’s all enjoy and have a great time! Charle chimed in as he walked over and settled onto the couch. “You may not be aware, but Jonathan keeps a close eye on Estelle’s sugar intake. He hasn’t mentioned it now, but he might secretly hold a grudge against you for tempting her with cake!*
