Charlie almost burst out laughing So he took the cigarette just to show off. He seriously doubted that Jonathan had been hypnotized by Estelle. was this still the Jonathan he knew? 

Jonathan ignored his mockery, took a drag, and exhaled a ring of smoke 

Charlie put down his cigarette, laughed, and said, “When is Estelle going back to her hometown? I want to get some New Year’s gifts for her to 

take back” 

“No need, I’ve got everything covered,” Jonathan replied. 

“What I prepare is from me, it’s my sentiment”
