Yvonne took another glance out of the window, seeing Norah and the other BBQ joint staff members chatting and laughing. They seemed to know each other pretty well

Was Norah working at the BBQ joint? What was her relationship with Gonzalez?

As Yvonne was lost in her thoughts, Gwen walked in, looking a bit nervous, “Yvonne, you wanted to see me?”

Yvonne chuckled, “Remember Mr. Powell, the man I introduced you to? He called me yesterday, said he was pretty impressed by you and has a role in mind for a play. Are you free?”

Gwen nodded. “Yes, I have time.”

After all, Mr. Mayfield’s movie was about to wrap up production.

“Yes, she works there.” Gwen replied.

Yvonne nodded thoughtfully, “Why hasn’t their boss come over?

Gwen replied, “I heard from Estelle that Mr. Flemmings is injured and is recuperating.

“Injured?” Yvonne asked curiously, “What happened to him out of the blue??

On her way back after delivering the food, Norah stopped by a restaurant to get some light food for Xavier

Back at the BBQ joint, Norah headed upstairs with the food box. As soon as she reached the top, she saw Damian stepping out of Xavier’s room, talking on the phone, “Where are you? Okay, I’m coming down now!”

After hanging up, Damian smiled at Norah, “Norah, the delivery truck is here. I’ll go downstairs, can you help Mr. Flemmings change his bandages?”
