Chapter 863
When he drove to the Royal Mansion, it was close to one in the afternoon.
Just as he was about to get out of the car and walk in, a Mercedes pulled up at the entrance of the Royal Mansion, and Estelle was stepping out of the car. Jonathan parked and just stared coldly across.
At the entrance of the Royal Mansion, Estelle got out of the car and bid Jason goodbye.
There was nothing going on at the set today, so she’d gone to the studio and Jason was there too.
Jason told her that she had been invited to an international fashion show in Milan. So, they went out to grab a bite, and while eating, they discussed the fashion show.
After the meal, Jason drove her back to the Royal Mansion, the wind was quite strong today. Jason took off his black windbreaker that was in the car and casually draped it over Estelle, “Next time, remember to dress warmer!”
“I’m not afraid of coldness,” Estelle responded with a faint smile.
“Alright, go on in,” Jason patted her head, got back into his car, and drove off quickly and left.
Jonathan sat in his car, watching their intimate interaction. His gaze grew colder, as if a cold wind had passed, freezing the air into ice.
How could he believe that this was a normal boss–employee relationship?
Yvonne was right, how long was he going to keep fooling himself?
After Estelle said goodbye to Jason, she heard someone call out, “Sister!”
“Sister!”
Upon hearing it, Estelle instinctively tensed up and quickly turned around.
“Sister, I came to find you!” Victor said excitedly, “Life has been tough for me these years. After you were taken away, I was always bullied and often went hungry. I finally escaped from the orphanage. Over the years, I’ve done all sorts of jobs, I’ve been a beggar, a dishwasher, and even a coal miner. But I’ve always been looking for you, and today, I finally found you!”
