Deandre and Haleigh were both at home when he saw her come back. Deandre spoke up and asked her, “You haven’t been staying at home recently, where have you been staying?” 

Mariela already knew the truth about Deandre’s remarriage, and thinking about it being her mother’s dying wish, her attitude towards Deandre was no longer as cold as before.
