Juliette flirtatiously batted her eyelashes and said, “I’ll be waiting for you.” 

“Go out!” Jaime frowned, his tone icy. 

“No,” Juliette’s voice was incredibly seductive. 

She got off the bed and walked unsteadily to the man. She grabbed his tie and smiled coquettishly, breathing gently into his ear. 

“Jay, I will accompany you tonight.” 

Jaime wanted to push the woman. 

Juliette pulled his tie and tiptoed to kiss him. 

Jaime grunted, but did not refuse. 

The temperature inside the house gradually increased. 

Jaime changed from being passive to active, roughly picking up Juliette and throwing her onto the bed. 

Changing clouds and rain, indulging in pleasure for one night. 

The next morning, Jaime woke up naturally and as soon as he opened his eyes, he was startled by the close proximity of Juliette’s face. 

He suddenly sat up, flapping like a carp, and angrily questioned, “What are you doing here?”

“Hehe.” Juliette laughed, “Is it only Mariela in your heart? You were clearly happy when we were together last night, why deny your feelings for me? You still like me, don’t you?” 

Jaime sneered, “Don’t you know that men can separate sex from love? Besides, when I was with you, all I could think of was Mariela. Otherwise, why do you think I wanted you so many times?” 

“You-” Juliette’s face instantly drained of color, “Jaime, you bastard!” 

Jaime took out a clean shirt from the wardrobe and put it on. “I’m a jerk, didn’t you already know that?” 

He chuckled self–deprecatingly, with a somewhat desolate smile, “If I weren’t a jerk, would I have gotten involved with you before breaking up with Mariela? If I weren’t a jerk, would I have lost Mariela?” 

Juliette heard these words and suddenly burst into laughter. 

“So you knew all along,” she sneered, a hint of mockery flashing in her eyes. “You really are shamelessly despicable.”
