Thinking for a moment, Makhi hesitated and said, “Nikolas, Ivy called an hour ago and said she made dinner. She is waiting for you to go back. You agreed to have dinner with her.”

hear that? I’m busy, darling. I can’t come over to have dinner with you tonight,” Nikolas’s voice was hoarse. 

Ivy tightly bit her lower lip. Tears were all over her face. 

Nikolas did not hang up. He threw his phone onto the bed, and Ivy could hear the girl’s sound. 

Ivy listened to her voice, which was a torment for her. Her heart ached so much that she couldn’t breathe. 

She thought she was different in Nikolas‘ heart, as she was the woman who had been with him the longest. This time when he went back to America, he only brought her.
