The car bumped along the road, and after a while, it finally came to a stop. 

Lauryn felt herself being lifted again, and after she walked for a while, she was violently thrown down again.

No one came to clean it up, and the stench of vomit lingered in the enclosed space, making her stink all over.

“You actually left me on such a boat to bring me back. 

“Do you really have no feelings for me?” 

Lauryn huddled in the corner with her hands wrapped around her knees, growing sadder and sadder as she thought. Tears streamed down her face without her even realizing it. 

In the evening, the door was opened and someone threw something in. 

“Cover up. Don’t freeze to death!” 

After the man dropped the things, the door was closed again.
