Lennon remained silent and did not speak. 

Jerry no longer laughed and said quite seriously, “I had dinner with a client at the restaurant tonight, and as soon as I walked out of the private room, I saw Mariela coming out of another private room with Bryce.” 

Lennon’s expression turned even colder. 

Jerry paused for a moment and continued, “I also saw the head of the Herman family, Ramon, and his wife and children. And also his in–laws. Oh, right, Ramon’s in–laws are Bryce’s grandparents, you know, right?
