"No, no, no..." Bennett quickly reassured her. Even if she wasn't up to Taylor's level, she still had talent.

"So, just to be clear, you're sure you can participate in the 'Night of Destiny' fashion show, right?"

"Of course!" Lydia snapped, gritting her teeth.

She refused to believe Howell would actually ban her from the competition. Surely, he'd consult Rose before making such a drastic decision, and Rose wouldn't be as rash.
