Facing a man on the brink of death, Flora let out a light laugh and casually took off her mask. Her breathtaking beauty left everyone around stunned.

Andrew, barely managing to keep his shock in check, declared, "Even if that's the case, you and Club 257 can't just topple the Medical Organization without lifting a finger!"

They might be going down, but they'd make sure to take some folks with them!

Flora chuckled softly. Impossible, you say? Well, it might just be possible.

She shot a glance at Jules, who instantly got the message and rubbed his hands together eagerly. They still had the poison gas they'd brought back from the island! Just a little would be enough to wreak havoc on the Medical Organization.

Andrew assumed Flora was bluffing until thick clouds of black fog began rolling in, growing denser until the entire Medical Organization was swallowed in darkness. Wherever the black fog reached, people went limp, their skin erupted in sores, and their orifices oozed with pus.

Andrew and the other top brass lay on the ground, barely human. Their bodies were bloody, skin completely rotted, bones visible beneath.

"Flora, sweetheart, why don't you head back to the plane and wait?" Crimson suggested, not wanting Flora to see such carnage, especially since she was still recovering.

Before Flora could answer, Beck hurried over with a smartphone. "Ms. Flora! Check out Twitter!"

What was going on with Twitter? Flora took the phone, curiosity piqued.
