Fiona tossed her tablet aside and ripped open a bag of chips. She didn't bother listening to Jasmine's endless chatter; it was all just hot air and not worth taking seriously.

Just as Jasmine was about to spill the juicy details, Fiona heard the bathroom door creak open. She perked up, quickly ended the video call, and carried on munching her chips like nothing happened.

Still, Jasmine's last suggestion left Fiona with a tiny itch to give it a shot.

Jackson walked out of the bathroom, his face all serious. As he looked up, there was Fiona, lounging on the bed in a way that was anything but innocent, her dress hitched up just enough to flaunt her smooth, pale thighs.

Propped up on one elbow, Fiona called out with a playful lilt, “Jackson~”

Jackson caught her drift immediately, but he wasn't about to play along. His face just got more serious.

“Jackson~ how much longer am I supposed to wait?”

Her words painted vivid images in his mind of Fiona's tempting display. He took a deep breath, grabbed a bottle of cold water, and chugged it down before facing her. “Is something wrong? Is your back acting up? Want me to call the doctor?”

Fiona was at a loss for words.

She felt like an idiot for buying into Jasmine's advice and trying it out, only to be met with Jackson's poker face. It was maddening.
