Connor chuckled, gently pinching her chin and lifting her face to plant a quick kiss on the corner of her lips.

“How do you feel now?” Connor asked, his hand still gently caressing her chin. 

Flora blinked and said, “Another one might just cure me completely.” 

Connor’s eyes twinkled with amusement as he leaned in, his warm, moist kiss landing once more on Flora’s lips. His tongue flicked out, teasing her lips. 

“Want another one?” he asked, his eyes narrowing playfully as he looked at her flushed cheeks, his voice smooth and rich like a cello’s melody. 

A hot breeze brushed past Flora’s ear, making her face feel even hotter. She hummed softly, “We’ll need to close the door for that.”
