“You’re Flora? A freshman in the med program?” Darcy looked stunned.

In the lab, everyone was bustling around, all except Flora, who couldn’t have been more idle. Shawn felt it was unfair to treat a girl this way. After some thought, he called Flora over to stay by his side.

“What did you do all day?” They were too excited and kept digging for more details. Even after dinner, when they returned to their dorm, they were still chattering nonstop.

Flora lay on her bed, responding half-heartedly. Holding her phone, she watched a new video sent by Rafael. She watched attentively, then discussed with Rafael what could be improved.
