Flora was at her breaking point, her mind swirling with the intel Crimson had sent her. As Adrian reached out, a sharp glint flickered in her eyes. Without hesitation, she grabbed his wrist, twisted it hard, and simultaneously drove her boot into his knee!

Adrian crumpled to the ground, pain searing through his hand and knee, his face turning as white as a sheet.

"Flora, what’s going on?" Adrian was almost in tears, "Can’t we just sit and talk this out? Please, no more guns. It’s too much!"

"Ms. Flora, we’re grateful you saved our master once, but that doesn’t give you a free pass!" the bodyguards shouted, guns still trained on her, "If you don’t put down the gun, we’ll have to act!"

If it weren’t for Flora’s past heroics, they would have fired on her already!

"Is that right?" Flora sneered, her voice dripping with defiance, "I’d love to see how you plan to 'handle' me."

The bodyguards were both angry and amused.

Who did Flora think she was?
