“What brings you here, Vice President Reed?” Karter stepped forward, quietly positioning himself between Flora and Adrian.

“Here to wipe out your entire family,” Crimson replied, her laughter icy and sharp. Her brazen words sent a chill through the room, changing everyone’s expressions.

“Vice President Reed, hasn’t the Reyes family always been on good terms with Club 257?” Karter’s face grew serious.

“That was then. Now, you’re digging your own grave.” Crimson aimed a strike at his chest. Though not as powerful as Flora, her blow wasn't something just anyone could handle, especially someone as frail as Karter.

Stumbling back, Karter coughed up blood.

“Dad!” Adrian rushed to his side, his eyes blazing with anger as he glared at Crimson. Just as he was about to unleash his fury, he noticed Crimson heading towards Flora. Alarmed, he shouted, “What are you doing! If you lay a finger on my Flora, I’ll take you down with everything I’ve got!”

“Ms. Flora, please, change us back!” The bodyguards shouted frantically. If their strength returned, they might stand a chance against Club 257. Otherwise, they were as good as defeated.

Ryan moved protectively in front of Flora, his eyes locked on Crimson. Crimson, unbothered, pushed him aside and stepped closer to Flora.

“Flora! Vice President Reed, if you harm this girl, I’ll lay my life on the line to stop you!” Everyone watched with bated breath, fearing for Flora’s safety.

But then Crimson stopped, extending her hand— and placed it affectionately on Flora’s shoulder.

“Flora, darling!” she greeted warmly.

The Hackers Alliance wasn’t tied to any organization and was notoriously elusive, with their base a mystery. People only knew they had a friendly relationship with Club 257. Some even speculated that Club 257’s President F was the leader of the Hackers Alliance, given F's unparalleled hacking skills and the similarity in techniques among the top hackers of the Alliance.

Crimson’s unexpected arrival was shocking enough, and now the Hackers Alliance was here too!

And did he just call her President? Was he referring to Crimson?

As Karter and the others tried to make sense of it all, the slicked-back man walked straight up to Flora: “Hey, sorry we’re late, President! Got caught in a massive traffic jam! The roads were unbelievably packed today!”
