Balancing a tray of freshly baked cookies, I observed three figures in the backyard: one large and two small. It was Thanksgiving, and Reuben was playing football with Wyatt and Lori while I prepared the Thanksgiving meal. Since the pack feast was scheduled for the evening, everyone was enjoying Thanksgiving meals with their families at lunchtime, and we would all gather for dinner later.
